Restorative Yoga

I'm so excited to start teaching Restorative Yoga! In this class our main objective will be to consciously relax the entire body. We will hold a handful of supported poses, so you still get the benefits of the yoga poses without all the work.

You will need a yoga bolster, body pillow, or 2 pillows. You will want to dress warmly and as comfortably as possible. Bring a blanket, towel and an eye mask if you have one.

Doing a Restorative practice helps to:

* Resets your body
* Encourages the Relaxation Response of the body
* Lowers blood pressure
* Lowers heart rate
* Lowers muscle tension and pain
* Allows your body to store more energy in your cells
* Improves digestion
* Strengthens your immune system
* Improves the circulation to your organs
* Helps you sleep
* Balances hormone levels (pre and post pregnancy and menopausal women)
* Fights depression and helps to level mood

***This class is great for all fitness levels. If you are in your first trimester then it is safe for pregnancy as well.


Stress is responsible for 99.9% of illnesses. Our adrenal glands are constantly over working because we live in a "fight or flight state". With the holidays coming up, this is the perfect time to let yourself relax. Consciously relaxing is better for your body than a nap and helps to reset your whole system.

Private Pilates Reformer Sessions

Take your love of Pilates to the next level by trying Private Reformer Sessions. You will get all of the benefits of Personal Training and Mat Pilates, but you will be on a Reformer which adds resistance to your regular Pilates work. I love the Reformer and live for this machine. It is my absolute favorite type of workout and it helped me get back my body after I had my daughter.

Private Reformer Sessions are done at my house. It is $75 per session with a minimum of 5 sessions purchased.

Personal Training

Every personal training session will be customized to address your own fitness level and your goals. Personal training for me is more than just a workout. I focus not only on the physical aspects of training, but also the psychological and emotional issues.

Personal training is best for individuals looking to achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible, or for people that are injured. It is my goal to train you in a manner that educates you, so that you can learn to train yourself in a safe and effective way.

Personal Training Sessions are $75 per session, with a minimum purchase of 5 sessions. Training can be done at your convienence in your home, a local park, or at my house.

Glamour Girl Boot Camp

Glamour Girl Boot Camp is a five week program designed for quick results to work your entire body. If you are looking to tone your arms, get a tight butt, slimmer thighs, and a flat tummy; then boot camp is your answer. The workouts will include calisthenics, plyometrics, power walking/jogging, strength training, and more! Glamour Girl Boot Camp offers a great, fun way for you to burn tons of calories, while working your body efficiently.

Glamour Girl Cardio Pilates

Cardio Pilates is a five week program that will offer you endless benefits. Through Pilates you can work your whole body without over developing certain muscle groups which can create injury. Pilates can be adapted to any fitness level, increase flexibility, develop back and core strength, improve posture and bring awareness of your mind/body connection. Glamour Girl Pilates will consist of tradition Mat Pilates exercises, and Cardio Pilates based work to promote weight loss, while giving you a long, lean look.

Pricing and Logistics

Cardio Pilates: 5-week program $65. Classes will start on Tuesday, November 1st at 6:30pm.

Restorative Yoga: 5 week program $65. Classes will start on Wednesday, November 2nd at 7:30pm.

Boot Camp: There are 2 session being offered in November; the 5th and the 19th. If you are interested in joining us it is $15 per class. Boot Camp is on Saturdays at 8:30am.
