My name is Ashley Howard and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Mat/Reformer Instructor. I am very passionate about nutrition and believe that exercising and eating well go hand in hand. I recently had a baby and learned that once you have a baby you really can do ANYTHING. It has been a dream of mine to start up Glamour Girl Fitness and to offer fun, butt-kicking workouts designed for girls that are looking to tone up while having a blast! It is my goal to help inspire and educate women on how to incorporate fitness into their everyday lives to achieve balanced health and wellness.
