Every personal training session will be customized to address your own fitness level and your goals. Personal training for me is more than just a workout. I focus not only on the physical aspects of training, but also the psychological and emotional issues.
Personal training is best for individuals looking to achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible, or for people that are injured. It is my goal to train you in a manner that educates you, so that you can learn to train yourself in a safe and effective way.
Personal Training Sessions are $75 per session, with a minimum purchase of 5 sessions. Training can be done at your convienence in your home, a local park, or at my house.
